Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request

Email support@utuvo.app with your order number or license key, or use the link in your order confirmation email. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record; refunds are issued through them and typically reach your payment method within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. If you purchase again later, you will receive a new key.

Try before you buy

Paid UTUVO software has a 30-day full-feature free trial for evaluation before purchase. The 14-day refund period begins separately on the purchase date; trial days do not reduce it.

After 14 days

After 14 days, we generally do not refund a simple change of mind. This does not exclude duplicate purchases or charges, unauthorized transactions, a licence that cannot be activated, software that does not conform to the contract, or refunds and other remedies required by applicable law.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal or warranty rights available under the laws where you live. If local law provides a longer period or unconditional right, that law applies.
